BioI'm a recent graduate of Marine and Freshwater biology, of all the random things to study. I loved my course, and stuck around in Wales after graduating.
Now, I've returned after embarking on an adventure into the great unknown - South Korea. I didn't speak the language, I didn't know anyone who lives there. I didn't know where I'd be living, or what I'd be doing. I plunged headlong into it, and hoped I'd come out unscathed. I be documented the process from when I applied, to when I got out there, and continued blogging whilst I was out there - partly to reassure my family and friends that I was still alive, and partly so that I've got a record of what I did.
I followed my year with a train journey home, from South Korea to London overland. I'm now older, not much wiser, but certainly with more experience and a bit of a travel bug. So this is now me getting back into British life, and figuring out the next big adventure - where I go from here.
